I'm looking for two people to move into a flat in North Ealing / West Acton with me - and obviously fellow salsa addicts would be a bonus!! :D
As most of you know, I am a friendly and outgoing person who is hoping that as well as being housemates we will also become friends. I am a very busy professional who has a manic salsa schedule too, so I enjoy a relaxed home life to balance things out!!
It's a gorgeous flat in a nice area of North Ealing (tree-lined streets and Tudor-style building) - there are two tube stations on the road (Central and Piccadilly lines), free parking on the road – shops, restaurants and a pub down the bottom of the road, Ealing Broadway is one stop away, and the A406 is at the far end of the road (however the road itself is relatively traffic free). It's about three minutes from the M40 by car (in good traffic!) and about 5-10 from the M4 so great for transport. Flat is on the third floor with shared living room (with dining area), kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc), bathroom (with bath and shower) and each of the rooms are doubles.
I personally love the flat and the area - and I'm looking for two friendly, well house-trained people to move in at the end of September, preferably female, but not essential. Must be clean and tidy and have a good sense of humour and easy-going manner as well as no aversion to salsa dancers or large shoe collections…! ;)
Rent is currently £450 a month (I'm not expecting this to increase) - so it's very reasonable for what you're getting.
So PM me if you’re interested! :D
