Shout out to all Londoners for tonight!

Hey all

Just a quick message - I've been asked by my boss to arrange a 'team building' night of salsa for my whole department - which is taking place tonight at Bar Salsa in central London (Charing Cross Road). Just wanted to do a quick shout out to say if anyone fancies coming along and helping me out with 20 total newbies (much entertainment guarenteed) then the more the merrier - feel free to come along!

ahh... i would love too but it happens i am 420km north :P i love dancing with salsa freshers...i feel so much better than anyone, not to mention all the members of the opposite sex fancy dancing with you :P

LOL - thanks guys - was a fab evening, definately raised some eyebrows of the guys I worked with - they weren't expecting me to move like that!! :lol:

They had a good time - everyone had a go and when all's said and done they had lots to drink on the company tab and so were all up for a laugh. By the end of the evening I had even the most unco-ordinated soing a very decent merengue which he was dead chuffed about!

Who knows, I may convert some of them yet... ;)

Was really great - I even managed to teach a self-confessed two left-feet, no rhythmn guy some merengue moves that he was leading all by himself! He was dead chuffed with himself.

Was a great night and I definately raised some eyebrows, they were very surprised with the way that I danced - not at all what they expected!!

...and I have at least one who now wants to start taking lessons with two more potentials! ;)

Uau Claire, you have to tell me how you did it! I think the odds are that I will be asked to do something alike as well, because a lot of people in the company I am going to work already know this addiction of mine from my time there last year, :lol: Are you just showing up with the 20 people to a regular class, or you're doing something pre-arranged with some teachers?
