Hi Con. Welcome. :D I found this site so far: salsaminsk.com
I can't read what it says however, because of the language. ;)
There are a couple of things happening in Russia but not Minsk, Belarus. Check :arrow: Annual Salsa Congresses & Events (http://www.salsaforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=7)

If I find out if something is going in Minsk, I be sure to post it. Anyone else with ideas for Con? :)

If you check dance-forum (www.dance-forums.com) there is a member with name Julili. She lives in Minsk so you can ask her directly about salsa events there.

Our guests are always welcome to join Minsk salsa sommunity at both classes and parties.
Parties are held every Weekend:
Saturday: The palace of railway road, Chkalova,6. 7.30-10.30 pm
Sunday: night club-restaurant Goodwin, Skoriny pr,21(Nearby GUM- the city department store). Starts at 8 pm.
