Salsa in Orange County California

I am planning to go to orange county (Irvine) area begining of December. Any recommendation for salsa venues around that area?

Monday: Club Sachi, Long Beach
Tuesday: Tia Juanas, Irvine
Wednesday: Cohiba, Long Beach
Thursday: Avant Garde Ballroom, Newport Beach; Sevilla, Long Beach
Friday: JC Fandango, Anaheim; Tapas Bar, Newport Beach
Saturday: Romeo Cucina, Laguna Niguel. But if youre gonna be in OC in the beginning of December I highly recommend checking out Pura Salsa Saturday @ DanceSportCA in Garden Grove. Big party on the first Saturday of the month.
Sunday: MamboCaliente Social, Garden Grove or Steven's Steakhouse of course..

By the way Mambo - I love the Vancouver salsa scene. I was up there a couple of months ago and fell in love with the law court venue.
