Place to stay in PAris...

I'll be flying to PAris with my Girlfriend Nov 17 to 21, and need a place to stay, our original plans just fell through yesterday :? Anyone live there and take a cheap rent?! or has anyone been there and know where to stay really cheap?

etap hotel might be a good choice if you want it not so expensive. but there are so many of them. you might also post on www.salsafrance.com --> forum

I have used Hotwire.com in the past to get some great hotel deals.
e.g. for those dates, you can get a 2.5-star hotel in Montmartre - Moulin Rouge for $68 per room per night.

Only (minor) catch is they don't tell you *exactly* what hotel it is until you book & pay.
