Checking in -- it's 8.16am here -- about to start work (last day before holiday, woo hoo!). The office is quiet this morning. Many people are already on holiday. I don't expect to get a lot of work done today... :roll:
 
Checking in -- 8.15am here.
Very tired... rain caused a transport chaos in Scotland last night, it took me 2 hours to get back from Edinburgh due to railway and road closures. :(
It's still raining. Flood alerts everywhere.
 
Checking in -- 8.04am.

Rain seems to have stopped, but now the wind is blowing gale force. Typical Scottish winter, I suppose. I've had to cancel a date because of the weather... :(
 
Checking in -- 8.45am.

The stormy weather is still with us... gusts of 124mph recorded in the Western Isles last night, close to 100mph along mainland coasts. The artery motorway connecting Glasgow and Edinburgh is closed, most bridges are closed, trains only started running again half an hour ago...

And it's Wednesday morning and I'm suffering salsa withdrawal!
 
This is sort of funny and cool all at the same time... I was just logging on to sign in to club midnight (it is now 2:00am here) and noticed that you'd just posted here in the breakfast club 15 minutes ago! :shock: :lol:
 
8.43am. It snowed last night, but roads weren't bad this morning. Looks beautiful outside my office window.

According to the weather forecast, the snow is going to turn to rain, and we are getting some serious storms again... :(

8.35am here... My street was like an ice rink this morning -- snow melted and froze again.

Yuck! And G-d bless San Diego, even though it felt a bit nippy I could still go outside to get my laundry in shorts and a t-shirt at 1:00am! :D
