Salsa at the Tor Dance Festival, Glastonbury, Saturday August 19th
ALEX WILSON and his 12-piece R&B Latino band
Probably the top salsa band in the UK, Alex's band have been setting the floor on fire at congresses and concerts throughout the country. One of only a very few performances this year, this promises to be a very special night. Advance booking recommended.

LA RUEDA WORKSHOPS with MOE FLEX and HELENA
For those who don't know, La Rueda - the Cuban Wheel - is salsa danced in couples in a circle, changing partners and performing fun and funky moves together. Moe Flex is becoming one of the country's most popular teachers: his enthusiasm and exuberance have been inspiring dancers wherever he goes.

Introduction to La Rueda 2pm; Intermediate/Advanced 3pm. £5 one workshop, £8 2 workshops.
DANCING IN THE STREET At 6.30pm workshop participants will help kick off the dancing in the closed-off High Street, with La Rueda to music from Alex Wilson and some of his band. Followed by Breton and African dancing. Free.
