I have the New York Salsa Intermediate Volume 1 with Juan and Diana. I would recommend it. I didn't care for their Advanced as much...just a bunch of triple turns, but not much variety.

Here are a few On2 instructional videos that I like...
Shaka Brown and Yesenia Perelta put out some great DVDs that break down the basics of dancing On2... You can order the DVDs at http://www.clavekazi.com/loadpage.php?videos
There's also Jai and Candy Mena's DVDs, you can order them at http://www.jaicandy.com/merchandise/Salsa_Store.html - they are good for folks who are intermediate to advance level.
There's Santo Rico Dance Company's DVDs... order those at http://alberttorresevents.com/store/dept.asp?id=37
Of course there's Eddie Torres (thought of as the founding father of the On2 style), his instructional tapes are available at http://www.descarga.com/cgi-bin/db/13829.30?aFofWMFm;;110
If you're past the basics of On2 and looking for more of a challenge, there's the new "100 New Moves for 2004" DVD, which features Ismeal Oterro from Caribbean Soul and Yesenia Perelta. Order it at http://alberttorresevents.com/store/detail.asp?pid=217
All of these are great sources for On 2 instruction in your own home.

I suggest:
Mambo Caliente!
3 DVDs set with Bernard and Sonyo Martinez
"Learn the NY style Salsa/Mambo" "On2" and "On1"
These DVD are very useful in my opinion for people that are familiar with "On1" and want to learn "On2".
They teach all the patterns first on 2 and then again (in shorter form) on 1.
In my opinion an high quality production and excellent teaching. Good navigation menus.
Their own website is located at:

I agree with Beppe59,
Mambo Caliente is great!
I recently bought Bernard Martinez 3DVD set and I'm very impressed by the way he breaks down everything and by thier general professionalism.
For On2 - I recommend the following very highly
Jai Catalano and Candy Mena - Intermediate/Advanced Shines
Seaon Bristol: Advanced Footwork (shines); Advanced Partnerwork; also has a Spin Video with some good drills
