I really wish i would have find this years ago, understanding music has always been hard for me, and through the years I always felt there was always something missing in my understanding and particularly my hearing of the music. Just having a chance to turn off all the other instruments and just leave the congas, was so helpful since I could hear the 2nd beat, without caring where the 1,5, 3 etc are.

and it is free, the site does welcome donations which then allows you to download the standalone version.

Hi, I know this website, its really good. I used to use it all the time, when i was figuring out the basic rhythm. I even use it now when I am playing congas or piano. I can recommend it to everybody interested in salsa music. There is also a merengue section I hope they will make more one day...maybe guaguanco...hmmmm Its great that its free.

I agree. In fact I put salsamachine link on my facebook page and shared with all the people whom I know. Lots of people have told me that it is a great tool.
