Great :)

I'll be in the vincinity of Malaga 19-28 of july (will be staying in torremolinos), hoping to get a lot of good salsa nights!

Are anyone in this forum from that area?

Looks like we'll miss each other by one week. But please the good spots when you return.

Thx for asking ..

Unluckily (couldnt get the holiday I wanted) I couldnt make it  . But it is just postponed, not canceled - I love these language trips. Maybe I can make it for some to Italy, Milano - to this great festival. Would love to see Spanish Harlem Orchestra and some other big names live.

Hey all,

just got back from my trip to malaga, thought I should post some of what I learned.

Sad to say I didn't get as many salsa nights on this trip as I had hoped, due to some unfortunate reasons.

The only place I got to was Disco Kiu located on the Sol y Mar Square in torremolinos. It's a pretty big place with four dance floors and one of them playing a latinomix, 80% salsa. Mostly mambo, very few cuban tracks. Most people were dancing LA, and everyone was on1.

Still had a pretty good time down there, sunny, nice beach and reasonable prices!

Great, Capibaribe. Glad you enjoy at least one Salsa night. Sia, hopefully you will make that trip soon. :D
