Hi guys,
I am one of the main promoters of Salsa in Tallinn and the DJ/host of the local parties at Cellar Nightclub, First Lounge and now Ego Lounge. At these parties the music is roughly salsa dura y vieja which spans several decades from late 50s to present day. At all parties we try to play also a small section of Timba and Bachata with an even smaller set of Zouk/Kizomba. Anyway, I hope you will drop buy to these parties since the scene here is actually changing a lot - Salsa Cubana is taking a smaller role and more and more people are dancing On2 and it is quite easy to identify them since the level has increased dramaticly when compared to what was here a year ago. So, I hope you come to visit and spread the word that Tallinn is now a very good place to dance Salsa

Floor material: Very good wooden floor, can be a bit slippery for leather soles.

Music: cuban salsa, classic and modern mainstream salsa, merengue, bachata and cha-cha
Floor: Laminated, very slippery for jazz shoes. Bring shoes that usually are not slippery to dance with.

Party starts at 20:00. Features a free dance class around 21:15-22:15. The party ends at 1:00 or later, depending on crowd.
Music: DJs play mostly classic and modern salsa, cuban salsa, also bachata and reggaeton. DJ Jorge plays wide range of latin styles, salsa is played too, also lot of cumbia, merengue, bachata, reggaeton and some generic latin music here and there. Check weekly schedule!
